Ticket Ordering

  • You are limited to ordering 30 tickets online.
  • Four tickets are complimentary. Additional tickets are $10 each. Charges are made to your BAR account.
  • You do not need a student ticket to participate in the event.
  • Children who will need their own seat need their own ticket. Keep in mind that this is an event that lasts between 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  • Only students eligible to participate in our event will be able to order tickets online via MyUCLA.

Ticket ordering timeline

Period 1

Tuesday, May 1 -
Tuesday, May 15

RSVP to confirm your attendance in the English departmental event.

Order up to 30 tickets for the English departmental event via MyUCLA.

You may check and revise your order as many times as you wish without penalty before your BAR account has been charged.

Once your BAR account has been charged NO REFUNDS are possible (regardless if your tickets are picked up or not).

 

Period 2

Tuesday, May 22 -
Thursday, June 14

 

Come in person to the Undergraduate Counseling office (158/160 Humanities Building) to pick up tickets.

Requests for additional tickets will be processed.

Order changes made after Tuesday, May 15th can only by posted to your MyUCLA by a departmental counselor.

Once your BAR account has been charged NO REFUNDS are possible (regardless if your tickets are picked up or not).

Ticket Pickup
  • Tickets for the departmental event will be available for pick up beginning Tuesday, May 22, 2012, in the Undergraduate Counseling office, 158/160 Humanities Building. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm.
  • You will be required to complete a form before receiving your tickets. This form is used to collect information for your name card to be used the day of the event.
  • Each student must pick up his/her own tickets. If you are no longer in the LA area and need your tickets mailed to you, please email your request to Janel Munguia or Danielle Maris in the Undergraduate Counseling Office.
NOTE: Unauthorized sale or transfer of commencement tickets is a violation of Section 102.23 of the UCLA Student Conduct Code. Violations may subject a student to discipline by the Dean of Students, including a hold on academic records.
