We are thrilled to announce that the Spring Athenaeum is back! Please mark your calendars for Tuesday, June 6 at 5PM in Kaplan 193. Erica Weaver will present a paper entitled “The Limits of Attention” and Kersti Francis will present “A Queer Science? Masturbatory Alchemy in Early Modern England,” with Sarah Kareem as respondent. Each presentation will be roughly twenty minutes, and there will be time for questions following Sarah’s response. Please come celebrate the wonderful research our colleagues have been working on, enjoy some yummy snacks, and toast to the end of the 2022-2023 academic year!
