Congratulations to PhD candidate Tony Wei Ling, selected by the Distinguished Teaching Award Selection Committee to receive the 2023 Distinguished Teaching Award for Teaching Assistants. Wei Ling is one of only five awardees. This award is given to TAs who have demonstrated exceptional teaching skills, creativity, and dedication to their students. As a recipient of this award, Wei Ling will be recognized at the annual Andrea L. Rich Night to Honor Teaching event this fall, and Wei Ling’s achievements will be shared with the wider campus community.
